What is HEaRt Paint & Connect?

HEaRt Paint & Connect is not a traditional art class. It is an inclusive atelier experience for people who want to create together without pressure to perform. The focus is not technical perfection. The focus is connection, colour, play, presence and the simple joy of making something with your hands.

HEaRt stands for Human connection, Expression and Art. It reads like heart because the experience is built around warmth and openness. Women, men, couples, families, friends, visitors, meet-ups and private groups can all enter the same creative space and find their own rhythm.

Inside the studio, each person chooses a canvas and begins from where they are. Some people come with confidence. Others say they cannot paint. Both are welcome. Gentle guidance is available, but the session is designed to leave room for intuition, conversation and surprise.

In a city full of restaurants, bars and screens, painting together creates a different kind of memory. You leave with a canvas, but also with the feeling of having met yourself or someone else in a new way. That is the real heart of HEaRt.
