Privacy Statement

We collect the information you choose to send through inquiry, booking and checkout forms, including name, email, phone number, delivery details, booking details and payment proof images when relevant.

This information is used to answer inquiries, manage artwork purchases, process atelier bookings, send confirmations, provide customer support and comply with basic business, tax and legal obligations.

Booking and inquiry notifications may be sent to the studio by email and Telegram so the studio can respond quickly. Payment processing is handled by configured third-party providers such as Bit, PayPal or fallback personal payment arrangements.

We do not sell personal information. Data is kept only as long as needed for studio operations, customer service, accounting and legal requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the studio.

Terms of Service

Artwork purchases are subject to availability. Prices, currencies, shipping, packaging, framing and delivery timing are confirmed before final fulfillment. Framed canvas on demand requires personal confirmation before payment.

Atelier bookings are requests until accepted by the studio. A booking may require payment proof, studio review and final confirmation. Capacity is reduced only after the studio accepts the booking.

Private events are custom inquiries. Final price, food, alcohol, location, capacity, schedule and cancellation terms are confirmed personally before the event is approved.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are handled case by case according to the artwork, event type, preparation already completed and payment provider rules. The studio will always try to find a fair solution.
